Virtual Assistance Ltd was founded in 2016 by Kim who specialises in permanent recruitment within the IT & Engineering sectors. Kim provides a comprehensive recruitment service to SMEs, hiring managers and global organisations.
Through experience within the IT and gaming sectors, Kim has gained a reputation for providing excellent customer service and diligent management of candidates, clients and the recruitment process. And the majority of her clients and referrals come via personal recommendation.
A little note from Kim!
Customer service has always been paramount to me and my vision, having worked in client-focused positions for over 18 years. These have included Customer Service Team Leader, Service Manager and since 2010 an IT Recruitment Specialist
I began my career in IT recruitment whilst employed by a Top 50 UK IT Recruitment Company, where I was instrumental in the set-up of their permanent recruitment service; a response to their clients' needs.
I decided to set up my own company in 2016 to continue my need to help clients fill their hard to fill vacancies, and candidates to find their dream job. I soon landed a contract with a leading global gaming company and have been working solely for their Service team since December 2016. The rest they say is history.
My focus when Launching Virtual Assistance Ltd was to stay true to what I love; delivering a high-end customer service and do what I say I am going to do. I will work tirelessly for my clients, to gain respect, build relationships and of course, deliver the results. I do not set targets and KPIs for myself, I work collaboratively with my clients, ensuring only the most suitable candidates are presented to them. I am proactive about engaging the best talent and do not rely on applications.
